Bus network in Wales shrinks by 20%

The distance travelled by local bus services in Wales has dropped by 20% in 10 years, latest figures collated by the BBC show. 
 
Wales has seen the biggest percentage drop in bus miles (between 2006-2007 and 2016-2017) compared to the other UK nations.

Anger as report into Tawel Fan scandal delayed once again

The findings of a report into the scandal-hit Tawel Fan ward have been delayed once again, it has emerged.

 

The report was due to be published on 8 March, but at a meeting on Monday night, the health board confirmed this would not happen and could not give a revised date.
