Darren was elected to the National Assembly for Wales in May 2007.  He currently serves on the opposition front bench as Shadow Minister for Health and Social Services, chairs the Assembly's influential Public Accounts Committee and sits as a member of the Health and Well-being Committee.  Darren also Chairs the Cross Party Group on Faith, and the Cross Party Group on the Armed Forces and Cadets, both of which he is a founder member.

Mohammad Asghar AM

Mohammad Asghar was born in Peshawar, Pakistan. After gaining a BA in Political Science at Peshawar University, Mohammad moved to London to complete an MBA. He later gained an accountancy qualification, in Newport where he settled with his family. After spending much of his professional career working for a firm of chartered accountants in Newport, Mohammad is now principal of his own successful accountancy firm.

Chris Davies MP

Chris was born and brought up in the Swansea Valley and attended the local primary school and Morriston Comprehensive.For twenty years Chris worked as a rural Auctioneer and Estate Agent including time working for a Housing Association and running his own small business. Today Chris manages one of Mid Wales’s largest mixed veterinary practices based in Hay-on-Wye.

Mark Isherwood AM

Born in 1959, Mark , who lives in Flintshire, is a Welsh Conservative Assembly Member for North Wales . He and his wife , Hilary , have six children and one grandchild. Before election to the National Assembly for Wales in 2003, he was employed as a Building Society Area Manager in North Wales.

David Melding AM

Guto Bebb MP

Born at Wrexham in 1968, Guto has roots throughout north Wales with his family hailing from Bangor and Blaenau Ffestiniog. Having attended three primary schools Guto was educated at Ysgol Syr Hugh Owen and the University of Wales, Aberystwyth. Guto has been self-employed since 1993 running his own Economic Development Consultancy in addition to being the Business Development Director of Innovas Wales. He was also, for eight years, a partner in his wife's bookshop.

Rt Hon David Jones MP

Born in 1952, David was brought up in North Wales and educated at Ruabon Grammar School and University College, London. A solicitor by profession, he is senior partner of a practice based at Llandudno. He is married to Sara, a nurse, and has two sons. His interests include cars, travel and history. He is also a keen supporter of Liverpool Football Club.
